At Wild Peak, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and requesting refunds for consumables purchased through our newest division. This policy applies to all eligible products and is designed to provide a fair and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

• Eligible Products: Only industry-standard consumables purchased directly from Wild Peak are eligible for return. Custom-ordered or specialty items may be subject to specific restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

• Consumables past their expiration date.

• Custom or specialty products specifically sourced for a client, unless defective.

• Products not accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at brandy@wildpeak.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Package the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.

• Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or error by Wild Peak, we will also refund reasonable return shipping costs.

• Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

• Provide photos and a description of the defect or error.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge. Replacement products will be shipped within 5 business days, subject to availability.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Expedited Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout, typically higher than standard shipping.

• Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days, subject to product availability and location. Contact customer service for eligibility and pricing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as product availability, weather, or carrier delays. Wild Peak is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery date once your order is processed.

• Stock Availability: If a product is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day and provide options for a replacement, backorder, or refund.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order, as well as the selected shipping method.

• Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., $200), subject to promotional terms. Check our website or contact customer service for current offers.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

• Tracking information is provided through our shipping partners (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Issues

• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wild Peak is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping to a corrected address.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, the carrier may leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup. Contact the carrier or our customer service team to coordinate.

Special Considerations

• Bulk Orders: Large or bulk orders may require special shipping arrangements, such as freight shipping. We will contact you to confirm details and costs before processing.

• Hazardous Materials: Certain consumables (e.g., chemicals, medical supplies) may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory requirements. We will inform you of any limitations at the time of purchase.

• Backordered Items: If an item is backordered, we will ship available items immediately unless otherwise requested. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, with no additional shipping charge.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. To cancel an order:

• If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process outlined above.
