Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at brandy@wildpeak.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Refund Amount: Refunds will include the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or error by Wild Peak, we will also refund reasonable return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
